A New Chapter in Zazie’s Story
An exciting new chapter is beginning in the life of Zazie Bistro&Bar: from spring onwards, Levente Lendvai, Executive Chef of Virtu Restaurant, will be responsible for the culinary concept and operational management of Zazie’s kitchen. Joining him as Head Chef is Zsolt Haraszti, whose decades of professional experience ensure precise execution and a deep respect for Hungarian cuisine.
“Virtu and Zazie are located in the same building, yet they offer completely different experiences. While upstairs the focus is on celebratory occasions, here we place everyday comfort and vibrancy in the spotlight. For me, Zazie is a creative space where comfort food can still represent the very highest quality,” said Levente Lendvai.
