Opening hours & general information

What are your opening hours?

Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Until what time is the kitchen open?

Monday–Wednesday: until 8:30 PM
Thursday–Friday–Saturday: until 10:00 PM
Sunday: until 3:00 PM

Until what time can we have breakfast on weekdays?

Breakfast is available on weekdays until 10:30 AM.

Reservations

Is a reservation required, or can we just walk in?

We recommend making a reservation in advance. However, if we have available tables, walk-in guests are also welcome for lunch or dinner.

Where can I make a reservation?

You can reserve a table via our website, the Zazie app, or by phone.

Is there a fee for making a reservation?

No, reservations are free of charge. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance.

How can I modify my reservation?

The easiest way is via the confirmation email. During opening hours, you can also contact us by phone or email.

How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation via the confirmation email up to 24 hours before your booking. In case of sudden illness or unexpected events, please contact us by phone or email during opening hours.

Why can’t I book a table for today at 8:00 PM?

This usually means that no tables are available at that time. If possible, please try an earlier or later time slot.

Dining options

Is the menu and drinks list available online?

Yes, both are available on our website (zaziebistro.hu) and in the Zazie app.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes, we offer several vegetarian dishes, and vegan options are also available.

What are your prices? Is there a minimum spend?

Our prices can be found on our website. There is no minimum consumption requirement.

Do you have a kids’ menu? Can we bring children?

We do not have a dedicated kids’ menu or play area, but some dishes can be ordered in smaller portions for children (such as breaded chicken, tomato pasta, or soup). Please ask our staff for details.

Do you charge a service fee?

Yes, a 15% service charge is added to the final bill.

How often does the menu change?

Our à la carte menu is updated approximately every 3–4 months. The business lunch menu changes weekly.

What is the business lunch?

Our business lunch is a weekly menu available Monday to Friday between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Guests can choose a 2- or 3-course menu from the starter, soup, main course, and dessert options. The selection changes every week.

What languages are the menus available in?

Menus are available in Hungarian and English.

Do you have high chairs for children?

Yes, high chairs are available upon request.

Discounts & payment options

Do you accept SZÉP Card?

Yes, we are a SZÉP Card acceptance point.

Where can I find information about discounts?

Current discounts are available on our website and in the official Zazie app.

Where can I find information about coupons?

Coupons are available in the Zazie app and can be redeemed according to their terms and conditions. Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts.

How can I use my newsletter discount?

After subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive an email with a unique reservation link. The discount can be redeemed by making your reservation through that link. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder as well. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or coupons.

Do you offer seasonal promotions?

Yes, we do. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter to stay up to date.

Can discounts be combined?

No, only one discount can be used at a time.

If I have multiple gift vouchers, can I use them together?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of gift vouchers you can use. If the total consumption is lower than the voucher value, the remaining amount cannot be refunded.

Can a Virtu gift voucher be used at Zazie?

No, Virtu gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the Virtu Restaurant.

What happens if I don’t fully use a 50,000 HUF gift voucher or if I exceed it?

If your consumption exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid on site. If it does not reach the voucher amount, the remaining balance cannot be refunded. In this case, we recommend purchasing a bottled drink.

Can I use a Feldobox gift voucher at your restaurant?

Yes, Feldobox gift vouchers can be used at Zazie Bistro & Bar for food and beverage consumption, in accordance with Feldobox’s current terms and conditions.
The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, and the exact scope of use depends on the selected Feldobox package.
Please inform our team upon arrival if you are using a Feldobox gift voucher. Advance table reservation is recommended.
If needed, we are happy to assist with your reservation or with checking the details of your voucher.

Do you have a terrace?

Yes, we have a terrace available depending on the weather and during opening hours.

What parking options are available nearby?

Parking is available in the MOL Campus building, subject to availability. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance via email at info@zaziebistro.hu
if you need parking. Paid parking is also available at Kopaszi-gát and the Budapart Gate office building.

Can we visit the Skydeck after dinner?

Guests cannot access the Skydeck free of charge directly from the restaurant. However, if you have a valid Skydeck ticket, we offer a 15% discount on your final bill.

Is the Skydeck visit subject to an entry fee?

Yes, a Skydeck ticket is required. If you visit the Skydeck first and then dine with us, we offer a 15% discount on the total bill.

Can we order or bring our own cake?

We do not offer cake orders. Cakes from external bakeries can be brought with a valid HACCP certificate, which is required for storage and serving.

Where can I download the Zazie app?

The Zazie app is available for free on both iOS and Android.

Is the restaurant accessible for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, the restaurant is fully accessible and includes an accessible restroom.

Is Zazie pet-friendly?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly restaurant.

Where can I sign up for a yoga brunch?

Tickets are available via the related Facebook event.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace in the designated area.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for our guests.

I left a personal item at the restaurant. What should I do?

Please contact us by phone or visit us in person.

Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code, but we kindly ask guests to dress in a way that respects the comfort of others.

Can I visit the restaurant before organizing a larger event?

Yes, the restaurant can be visited during opening hours. For events, prior appointment with our events team is required.

Yes, on weekdays from 3:00 PM, leftover sandwiches are available on Munch.
