A New Chapter in Zazie’s Story: Levente Lendvai and Zsolt Haraszti at the Helm of Our Kitchen
An exciting new chapter is beginning in the life of Zazie Bistro&Bar: from spring onwards, Levente Lendvai, Executive Chef of Virtu Restaurant, will be responsible for Zazie’s culinary concept and operational management. Joining him is Zsolt Haraszti as Head Chef, whose decades of professional experience ensure precise execution and a deep respect for Hungarian cuisine.

While upstairs the focus is on celebratory occasions, here we place everyday comfort and vibrancy in the spotlight. For me, Zazie is a creative space where comfort food can still represent the very highest quality.”

Zsolt Haraszti has always placed professional thoroughness and precise work behind the scenes at the centre of his career. His podium finishes at the Hungarian rounds of the Bocuse d’Or, together with the experience he gained in the kitchens of Alabárdos, Société Budapest and the Michelin-recommended Tati, all contribute to ensuring that the renewal of Zazie is built on solid professional foundations.
